Alex Whooley
Biography
Alex brings over 23 years of international experience in engineering consulting and construction management across a wide range of major civil and structural projects. His extensive work on housing developments, roads, bridges, tunnels, and more has taken him across Ireland, Scotland, England, Malaysia, India, and Australia.
With a track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects in remote locations, Alex has worked for internationally recognized organizations like Roadbridge Ltd, Salini Impregilo, and John J Casey. He is an accredited NEC4 Project Manager and has over nine years of experience with the CEMAR interface on NEC3 and NEC4 projects. Alex applies a disciplined and pragmatic approach to project control, ensuring performance certainty while navigating daily production challenges.
