Seagreen Windfarm Onshore Cable Works

This £34 million project involved the installation of onshore power export and optical fiber cabling for the Seagreen Wind Energy Limited Offshore Windfarm in Dundee, Scotland. The works followed a 20km overland route from the landfall location to the new onshore substation. Our responsibilities included managing the project, leading the client interface, and handling all compensation events under a bespoke lump sum contract. The work also included the construction of a revetment to accommodate the subsea cable landing

Our proactive project management ensured the successful delivery of this vital renewable energy infrastructure project. We effectively managed a complex contract and multiple stakeholders, securing a positive outcome for a project that is a key component of a major offshore wind farm.
