Project Overview
Introduction
This £138 million project involved the design, construction, and commissioning of approximately 68km of large-diameter twin water mains in the Cumbria region as part of the Cumbria Water Supply Project. The main contract for this project was an NEC Option C. Our duties included managing the commercial department, leading all CEMAR communications, and negotiating compensation events directly with the employer.
