Project Overview
Introduction
This $460 million project in India involved the construction of a 10km-long, two-lane tunnel with a parallel escape tunnel in Jammu and Kashmir. Our role as Senior Commercial Manager included being the “2 IC to the Project Director” and overseeing all commercial aspects of the project, including strategic commercial delivery and preparing monthly and quarterly reports for the executive team. We were also responsible for the tender analysis, subcontract awards, and procurement strategy development.
